We are looking for a caregiver (m/f/d) for peritoneal dialysis (home dialysis procedure) in part-time, no shift work and no weekend shifts in Gowanda, NY.

Our experience in nephrology and dialysis dates back more than 25 years.

Responsibilities:

Independent care and support of our patients during regular consultations
Training and guidance of patients with peritoneal dialysis, mostly in our practice rooms, partly in their homes
Planning, conducting and documenting consultations
Contact person for doctors, employees, patients and their families

Qualifications:

What we expect from you:

Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), elderly care professional (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d)
Experience in dialysis is desirable but not mandatory
Reliability, team spirit and sensitivity in dealing with patients and their families
