YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Friendly and competent support for our private and business customers
  • Conducting salesoriented consultations, both in person and over the phone
  • Identifying the actual customer needs, creating honest offers, and coordinating flawless implementation
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards
  • Coresponsibility for professional order processing and support with administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Sales experience, ideally in the field of tires, wheels, and services
  • Enthusiasm for honest customer advice and support, as well as sales skills
  • Technical understanding and interest
  • Organizational skills and the ability to provide excellent service even in turbulent times
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
