- Develop and implement the training strategy and training programs for the program.
- Manage the data coordination and collection related to the TANF Grant.
- Drive the billing, expense, and budgetary processes related to the grant.
- Work with direct reports to ensure they are supported and meet organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with community partners to ensure we are fulfilling requirements in the grant.
- Train and develop all TANF grant personnel to ensure they are proficient in their position.
- Other duties as assigned by management or that specifically relate to the TANF grant.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or social service-related areas, such as Communications, Business Managerment or Public Service or equivalent experience is required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience (customer service, training).
- Able to deal with all situations calmly and positively.
- Able to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Able to learn new processes quickly and possess strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to be able to comunicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
- Strong customer service, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management skills and must be able to pay attention to detail.
- A Valid Drivers License to operate company vehicles. Local travel is required for this role.
