POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Finance is responsible for the organization's financial management and oversight. They play a vital role in driving the company's financial strategy, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The Vice President of Finances will develop, build out, and lead the internal finance and accounting team while collaborating closely with 10X Health leadership and its parent company, Cardone Ventures, to provide valuable insights and guidance on financial decisions that support the company's growth and profitability.

Support development of long-term financial strategy
Implement the organization's financial strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing strategic recommendations and insights to the executive team.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and effective resource allocation.
Lead consolidation of multi-entity books
Oversee implementation of new systems to create automations in accounting processes
Manage financial risk by implementing comprehensive control systems and conducting regular risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
Provide financial analysis and support for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with external professionals, such as certified public accountants (CPAs), for year-end reporting, financial statements, and tax preparation.
Lead the development and maintenance of an orderly accounting filing system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Lead the expansion and build out of the corporate finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, etc.) both from an organizational design and talent acquisition perspective
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

COMPETENCIES
Experience leading finance or accounting teams within the healthcare industry. Alternatively, experience leading audit teams within the healthcare industry.
Clear track record of success and results orientation
Expert financial modeling skills, with a strong understanding of corporate valuations, executive compensation programs, and capital markets
Experience with international businesses, international tax, licensing & multi-state rules and regulations
Strong financial acumen and expertise in GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficiency in financial management software and tools
Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and/or similar GL systems
Understanding of taxation and corporate structures.
Proven experience in cash planning, forecasting, and budget development.
Demonstrated ability to track budget expenses and identify areas for process improvement.
Expertise in audit (experience managing an audit), accounting, and corporate finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Executive presence and/or ability to develop into a senior executive.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in healthcare leadership roles.Proven success in driving financial strategy, leading teams, and achieving results.
Expertise in international finance, including tax, licensing, and multi-state regulations.
Strong familiarity with GAAP, financial reporting, and proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar GL systems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
Travel up to 15% of the time
