- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Heavy Recruiting responsibilities during our peak season
- Upgrade to a generalist role by demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, policy development, multi-state law compliance, orientation, etc., based on performance and competency.
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations across multiple states to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and guide employees through benefit options, ensuring they understand and utilize available resources.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Research HR best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization to address their needs and concerns.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role, with a track record of success in HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices, with experience in moderate to heavy recruiting.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations across multiple states.
- Demonstrated proficiency in training and development principles, with experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Experience with HR software systems for record-keeping and data management.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
