- Spread and analyze financial statements, monitor collateral requirements, and manage loan relationships
- Expand customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle reporting on loans and analyze financial and market trends
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Experience in underwriting commercial middle market and non-profit transactions
- Strong financial modeling and credit structuring skills
- Ability to analyze corporate financial statements
- Skilled in proposing/negotiating credit structures and demonstrating sound credit judgment

Commercial Middle Market Underwriter & Portfolio Manager-VP
As a Commercial Middle Market Underwriter & Portfolio Manager-VP in Boston, USA, you will play a key role in the analysis and evaluation of risks to maintain and grow business profitability. Your responsibilities will include underwriting new/renewal business, analyzing risk quality/quantity, administering underwriting rules, and monitoring program profitability.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Economics. Preferably a Master's Degree in a related field.
Work Experience:
9+ years of experience in financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management, focusing on commercial middle market transactions.
