    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Office Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office administration and management. As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Administrative Support: Assist in performing various administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
    2. Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.
    3. Front Desk Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
    4. Communication: Facilitate communication within the office by distributing memos, emails, and other forms of correspondence as needed.
    5. Assistance to Management: Provide support to senior management as required, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
    6. Project Assistance: Collaborate with various departments on special projects, providing administrative assistance and ensuring deadlines are met.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
