    Executive Assistant/Office Manager Position - Temporary Role

    Our client, a reputable non-profit health organization, is in need of a skilled Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide support to their dedicated team.

    About You:

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Required: Associate degree; preferred: Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience in the non-profit or international sector is a bonus, as well as familiarity with notary procedures.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Teams.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and welcome visitors courteously.
    • Organize and arrange both internal and external meetings, participate in meetings, and document key points.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on action items, arrange travel logistics, and oversee departmental finances.
    • Assist the CFO and CHRO in their schedules and special projects.
    • Procure office essentials, oversee vendor contracts, and negotiate vendor agreements.
    • Offer comprehensive executive and office support as and when required.

    This role offers a temporary opportunity with a competitive pay range of $24 to $27 per hour, spanning a period of at least 2 to 3 months.
