- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, job cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, general ledger and invoicing.
- Process vendor invoices/subcontractor payment requests.
- Track contracts and change orders.
- Track preliminary notices on all projects.
- Prepare monthly draws with lender.
- Maintain accounting records and ensure complete and accurate files are maintained according to project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly, and annual accounting reports within appropriate deadlines.

- Experience working with payment applications, schedule of values, lien releases, and general budget tracking.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Bachelor's degree a plus.
- 2 Years of construction project accounting experience, or related professional experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
