- Install various hardscape features such as patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.
- Prepare worksites by ensuring proper ground excavation, grading, and compaction.
- Construct solid foundations and structures using concrete, pavers, natural stones, and other hardscape materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of project plans and specifications.
- Operate and maintain a range of tools and equipment necessary for hardscape installations.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices to ensure the safety and longevity of hardscape installations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the installation process.
- Proven experience in hardscape installation, including the construction of patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
- Extensive knowledge of hardscape materials, such as concrete, pavers, natural stones, and their installation techniques.
- Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment related to hardscape installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Monday through Friday availability- 7:00 am start, occasional long shifts if needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
