- Two years of experience repairing, installing, and supporting high and low-voltage equipment, we not only support remotely but also do warranty repair services.
- Great attitude, aptitude, and excellent customer service are just as important as experience, we deal with people who are frustrated that they can't figure it out themselves and they need a friendly and understanding voice to help them.
- Ability to effectively interact, make a decision and problem solve, our job is to solve the customer's problem, we do this all day long.
- Computer savvy, we work with several software programs for looking up schematics, documenting calls, and updating part numbers.
- Organization, you can deal with several customers in a day and one or all require follow-up. Keeping digital records of calls and emails and communicating with the team updates for ongoing issues is imperative for good customer service.

This role troubleshoots over the phone, through email, and in the workshop, the installation and repairs of our sauna and steam heaters, generators, and app connections with electricians, plumbers, and homeowners.
