Position Overview:
As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial facilities. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Electrical Installation:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in industrial settings.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Blueprint Interpretation:
Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documents to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
Panel Wiring:
Perform panel wiring, connection of control devices, and integration of electrical components.
Conduit Installation:
Install conduits and wiring, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including engineers and maintenance staff, to achieve operational goals.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician.
Knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in industrial settings.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
Valid electrician license in the state of Missouri.
Compensation:
$34-$38 per hour, plus $100 per day per diem.
