Hiring for Entry Level Customer service representative

Job Description:

Receive customer orders
Print picking tickets for orders to be processed by crew
Process/ enter customer orders based on a daily priority
Make the necessary adjustments or changes to orders
Print and coordinate packing slips for Packaging Department
Answer incoming calls
Process and distribute customer service invoices when needed
May perform other duties as assigned
Performs all duties in accordance with the companies operating procedures
Keeps informed of the policies and procedures of the company
Must follow company policies and procedures

Required Skills:
customer service, data entry

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This is a good role for someone looking to get into administrative/customer service work

o Ability to type at least 45 WPM and ability to 10 key, required

o Data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy, required

o Basic proficiency in MS Office, preferably in Excel, Outlook, Teams

o Excellent work ethic:
dependable, punctual

o Time management skills, able to organize/prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

o Thrives in fast paced environment

o Detail oriented

o Flexibility/adaptability:
able to pivot gracefully as things change and take on extra responsibilities to help team as needed

o Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, work independently

o Able to build relationships with team members and work effectively with others
