- Receive customer orders
- Print picking tickets for orders to be processed by crew
- Process/ enter customer orders based on a daily priority
- Make the necessary adjustments or changes to orders
- Print and coordinate packing slips for Packaging Department
- Answer incoming calls
- Process and distribute customer service invoices when needed
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Performs all duties in accordance with the companies operating procedures
- Keeps informed of the policies and procedures of the company
- Must follow company policies and procedures
