I am currently pursuing a business marketing degree at Cal State University San Marcos in which I will be graduating Spring 2024. While attending school I work as a server at AppleBee's and I work on campus in the cashier's office. I have worked in customer service for about 4 years now along with having some experience working as a receptionist/office assistant. 

Experience

I have over 5 years of customer service experience and 2 yeas of experience working as a front desk receptionist. I am comfortable working with programs like Microsoft and Excel along with answering a high volume of phone calls.

I have my high school diploma and I am currently a business marketing major at cal state san marcos pursuing a bachelors degree.
