    JOB SUMMARY

    ChemTreat is offering Corporate Sales Opportunities in the field of water treatment for individuals experienced in engaging corporate clients. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of chemicals and water treatment practices. This role involves managing existing customer accounts and acquiring new business to enhance ChemTreat's market share in specific industry sectors.

    The Corporate Account Manager will focus on retaining current clients by promoting ChemTreat's value proposition while actively seeking opportunities to expand the customer base. They will collaborate with the Field Sales team, technical experts, and management to develop strategies for customer retention and growth. The primary objective is to boost revenue from existing accounts and secure new business by identifying customer needs and executing effective sales plans.

    Qualified candidates should have a solid understanding of water treatment to address customer requirements. They should also have previous experience developing innovative sales strategies to strengthen ChemTreat's market position and increase market share in their target segments. The ability to build relationships across different customer levels is essential to drive new sales and provide value-added solutions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop individual action plans for customer accounts based on a thorough understanding of the customer's key business drivers
    • Establish professional relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
    • Create profitable pricing structures in customer accounts to drive sales and increase profit margins
    • Meet sales volume and strategic objectives targets
    • Conduct market analysis and stay informed of industry trends and competitors
    • Collaborate with the Vertical Director to enhance ChemTreat's presence in industry organizations
    • Mentor Associate Corporate Account Managers within assigned accounts
    • Update Vertical Director and Marketing teams on industry trends and competitive activities
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
    • Understand customer operations, identify challenges, and provide customized solutions

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicate ChemTreat's Value Proposition to customers at all levels
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to customers and prospects
    • Assist in recruiting and evaluating candidates at different levels
    • Provide industry-specific training to ChemTreat associates and customers
    • Transition new business to the Field Sales and service team
    • Troubleshoot technical and industry-related issues
    • Present program results across multiple customer locations
    • Engage in customer and prospect entertainment activities as per company policies

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to identify critical issues and devise practical solutions for a sustainable competitive advantage
    • Strong communication and presentation skills across various platforms
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-specific knowledge
    • Experience in B2B sales, negotiation, and account management
    • Analytical skills to compile data and assess account profitability
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams
    • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in water treatment sales
    • Minimum 7-9 years of successful B2B sales experience
    • Proven track record of $1MM+ in new business sales
    • Travel required as per business needs
    • Demonstrated success in increasing sales revenue year over year in water treatment

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Travel may be necessary depending on territory size
    • Long hours and flexible work schedules may be required
    • Various physical activities such as sitting, standing, climbing, etc., might be necessary
    • Ability to handle objects, keyboards, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
    • Vision requirements include close and peripheral vision, depth perception, etc.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for safety
    • Exposure to different environments like extreme heat and noise levels
    • Interaction with hazardous chemicals may be routine
    • Collaborative work setting with diverse customer interactions
    • Comfort with travel and various site locations is essential
    • Relocation is not mandatory for this role
