    We are a passionate organization looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to join our growing team

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance industry team on a permanent basis.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing annual financial statements, general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, and month-end-close procedures.

    As a Senior Accountant, you will lead the month-end-close process and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate financial information to support decision-making.
    Prepare and review annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
    Conduct general ledger accounting and ensure accuracy of financial records
    Perform bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies
    Lead the month-end-close process and ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support decision-making
    Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
    Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation
    Mentor and train junior staff members
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
    Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
    Experience with general ledger accounting and bank reconciliations
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
