Responsibilities:
- Investigates and resolves customer issues such as delayed backorders, conducting root cause analysis to implement improvements with crossfunctional teams.
- Leads, trains, and develops a team of highperforming Customer Service Representatives through meetings addressing priority orders, team objectives, training, and disseminating new company information.
- Cultivates strong customer relationships, actively soliciting feedback on company performance, forecasts, and business trends, while troubleshooting supplier and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Reviews, analyzes, and executes replenishment planning for designated product categories, managing purchase orders to support inventory plans and expediting orders based on customer demands and forecasts.
- Supports inventory strategies and policies by maintaining and auditing system data for assigned product lines, including the customer product and pallet return process, customer credits, and short pays.
- Provides input to the operations team to facilitate production and shipping schedules to meet requirements, communicating any changes that may negatively impact customers to sales/plant leadership.
- Reduces slowmoving inventory (SLOB) by determining necessary supplies and materials for customer orders, managing the expedited sales order process during incentive programs.
- Analyzes ordering patterns and sales data to aid in production and sales forecasting, communicating findings to plant leadership as necessary.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 35 years of experience in a similar or related field.
- Previous customer service leadership experience demonstrating growth and success.
- Strongly preferred manufacturing experience.
- B2B experience and account management required.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and data visualization.
- SAP experience preferred, but competency in other ERP systems will be considered.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices, AR/AP accounting, forecasting, and sales order processes.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical skills, capable of multitasking effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, adept at handling issues in the best interests of both the customer and the company.
- Entrepreneurial and selfstarting mentality, capable of driving efficiency and process improvement across the order management process.
Pay:
Up to $110,000.00 per year
