Specialist (m/f/d) Payroll and HR Controlling:

Are you on the hunt for a job and want to join our HR team as a Specialist (m/f/d) for payroll and HR controlling in full-time (37.5 hours/week) at our headquarters in Rottendorf (near Würzburg)?

What the job entails:

Together with a colleague, independently and timely preparation of monthly payroll including payment of contributions to social security and tax authorities, taking into account nontariff, tariff, labor, tax, and social security regulations
Processing of reporting and certification as well as other administrative tasks of the HR department
Participation in the preparation of companywide personnel cost planning documents and regular forecasts with a focus on personnel cost development
Preparation of regular and individual reports and participation in the preparation of documents for audits and annual reports
Participation in the creation of HRrelated KPIs
