    **Sales Associate**

    The Sales Associate will work to generate and follow up on leads, develop and deepen client relationships, drive revenue with new and existing clients, and help manage existing account relationships. Through a consultative sales approach, the Sales Associate will be a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying opportunities by understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals. The Sales Associate will be responsible for expertly communicating Omega Points value proposition to investment managers with the goal of driving revenue and increasing client engagement.

    This is a full-time employee position, with a combination of office and remote work.

We enable a variety of portfolio analytics and portfolio construction workflows, including research prioritization, position sizing, risk management, hedging, and thematic investing.The firm is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York and Quebec City.

    **What Youll Do**

    Drive net new revenue across Hedge Funds and Institutional Asset Managers

    Support broader Sales team on wide range of sales opportunities/ client management situations

    Manage numerous sales opportunities to close with accurate qualification;

    Provide sales support by documenting meetings, progressing opportunities through each pipeline stage and managing follow ups in CRM (Salesforce) and task/ project management software (Asana)

    Build and leverage the necessary relationships in highly complex organizations to ensure deal closure in competitive situations; drive sales process with persistent follow ups and clear meeting goals; create urgency with clients and internal stakeholders to shorten sales cycles

    Build Account & Opportunity plans for predictable and consistent revenue growth

    Drive complex sales-cycles and execute with the gravitas of presenting to C-level key decision-making executives the value of the full platform features with a detailed, consultative approach

    Work closely with Product Specialist and Customer Success teams to highlight key portfolio insights and make sure that Portfolio Managers, analysts, and risk teams are aware of risks;

    Work to monetize the Platform and assist in driving usage

    Work collaboratively with other company executives, managers, and team members to help nurture our results-driven, team-oriented environment

    A proven record or interest in selling complex solutions and services at the Business Head and "C" level

    Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision-makers

    Consistent, year on year, high-performance track record

    **You Have **

    Self-directed ability to own results while working independently and part of a team

    Understanding that you will be asked to own a wide range of responsibilities, often assisting other teams to accomplish shared goals of Omega Point

    Previous experience or interest in selling complex products to the Hedge Fund and Asset Management community

    Proven ability to expertly manage the sales cycle from beginning to end; taking initiative to manage around roadblocks along the way (both internal and external)

    Comfort using various methods of communication, including in-person meetings, phone, and videoconference to develop relationships discuss business opportunities

    Ability to network within the Hedge Fund/ Asset Management/ Financial Services/ FinTech industries to develop relationships with client influencers (such as PB Consulting groups, Delta 1 desks, and other FinTech companies)

    Outstanding track record in qualifying opportunities, managing objections, creating urgency, negotiating terms and contract negotiations, and closing large deals
