    We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including branding, advertising and creative projects.

    As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.

    We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success.
    In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing activities within the US.
    Responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.
    Directing all marketing department activities including branding, advertising, communications, and creative teams.
    Develop marketing plans, allocate resources, and set short-term and long-term goals.
    Analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, and design branding strategies.
    Coordinate sales and marketing efforts and participate in company planning.
    Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, branding, advertising campaigns and promotional materials)
    Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer activities.
    Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
    Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
    Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
    Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
    Ultimately, this role is to drive brand awareness, enhance sales & profitability and achieve marketing objectives.

    Requirements & Skills:
    Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
    Experience running successful marketing campaigns
    Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
    BS or MS in Marketing or relevant field
