    Description


    Meseret's Business Development team is actively interviewing the best talent in the greater Tampa area, searching for the next Management Trainee to lead and direct internal resources.

    The goal of this position is to successfully manage and exceed revenue targets that align with our client's company and brand standards.

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Assist sales teams with implementing action plans to improve operating resultsUnderstand the core values of the organization to create a sense of teamworkTrack customer preferences and feedback to improve customer satisfactionKeep up-to-date on current products and promotions to provide accurate information
