    IT Developer Position


    Company: ABC Solutions



    JOB SUMMARY:


    As an IT Developer, you'll be handling the development, programming, and coding of Information Technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages, and creating application system models. You will also participate in design meetings, consult with clients, and ensure that programs meet business needs. Additionally, you will be involved in evaluating performance testing and maintenance activities for both internally developed applications and purchased products.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Experience with unit testing, release procedures, and coding design
    • Proficiency using GIT for version control
    • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to independently manage tasks and take ownership of responsibilities
    • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
    • In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle
    • Programming proficiency in multiple object-oriented languages such as Java, Python, .Net, React.Js, and more
    • Experience with databases including SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, and others
    • Proficiency in standard desktop applications and debugging tools
    • High critical thinking skills to present solutions aligning with business objectives

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Skills in React and Node development
    • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
    • Proficiency in Python programming

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:


    Minimum 3 years of professional IT development, programming, or coding experience


    REQUIRED EDUCATION:


    High school diploma or equivalent
