We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate and Construction Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to oversee and manage all aspects of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, project management, and construction management. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project activities from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Healthcare construction experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Development:
Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analysis to assess project viability.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
Build and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Assign tasks, set project goals, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Financial Management:
Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate financial risks.
Prepare financial reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting project performance and financial metrics.
4. Contract Negotiation and Procurement:

Oversee the procurement process, including the selection and sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
5. Quality Control and Assurance:
