    Description
    Executive Assistant Responsibilities
    • Handle contract administration tasks, such as setting up new contracts, obtaining legal approvals, and organizing them in the contract system.
    • Manage company subscriptions and access.
    • Code and process invoices using iPay.
    • Coordinate calendars and meetings.
    • Prepare conference rooms and welcome guests for meetings.
    • Monitor EOG_IR email inbox and phone calls, as well as media inbox and calls.
    • Manage email and voicemail correspondence, directing them to the appropriate recipients.
    • Manage office supplies and maintain the storage supply room.
    • Create PowerPoint presentations when necessary.
    • Handle expense reports.
    • Organize team activities and social events.
    Investor Relations
    • Release press statements for quarterly earnings, dividend announcements, and other updates.
    • Ensure the website is up-to-date with correct documents.
    • Handle ESG investor inquiries.
    • Coordinate meetings and updates with working groups.
    • Keep track of requests and correspondence.
    • Respond to inquiries and arrange meetings with investors.
    • Maintain an ESG contact database.
    Coordinate daily news distribution to Senior Management and BOD
    • Troubleshoot the app used for news delivery.
    • Lead ongoing app improvements.
    • Develop quarterly earnings timeline and meetings schedule.
    • Distribute peer earnings schedule.
    • Create PowerPoint templates for quarterly peer analysis.
    • Send post-quarter summaries to Officers & BOD.
    • Update Targeting Database.
    • Print quarterly investor relations materials.
    • Support IR Coordinator with marketing trips and meetings as required.
    Stakeholder Relations and Communications
    • Project manage annual report preparation.
    • Collaborate on the production of the annual report.
    • Coordinate printing and distribution with the printer.
    • Manage ad hoc internal and external communication projects.
    • Monitor EOG-related media coverage.
    • Assist in publishing the monthly EOG Magazine.
    • Update EOG websites and check for errors regularly.
    • Handle logo usage requests and permissions.
    • Manage media assets like logos, photos, and PowerPoint templates.
    Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of executive administrative assistant experience. Interaction with senior management is highly valued, as well as strong collaboration and interpersonal skills at all levels. Experience in travel logistics, both domestic and international, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database maintenance, and report exporting is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. The position will be determined based on the candidate's experience level.
