- Write and deliver briefs aligned to overall strategy of campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing channel owners and creative teams to develop campaigns and consumer journeys that align with our briefs, goals, and strategies surrounding each collaboration.
- Lead projects with external partners across energy collaborations and special projects
- Work cross functionally with teams across the org inclusive of product, merchandising, sales, and ecommerce team members, with a goal of seeking inputs to improve collaboration efficiency.
- Organize seeding units as well as ship out units to influencers, media, and brand friendlies leading up to launches to drive buzz and awareness surrounding collaborations.
- Execute weekly reporting to cross functional teams globally, communicating adjustments to collaboration launches throughout the year.
- Develop collaboration playbooks to ensure completion of program across global teams.
#LI-JS1 - BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
- 2+ years marketing experience, highly preferable with a global brand that operates in multiple channels and geographic regions
- A passion for fashion and streetwear
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ever changing environment with ability to prioritize workload while under pressure
- Operate with a sense of urgency
- Attack road blocks with solutions
- Strong communication ability, written and verbal
- Footwear or streetwear industry experience a plus
