Overview
The Brand Partnerships team at Crocs is growing We are looking for a creative, innovative, and strategic marketer for our Specialist, Global Brand Partnerships.
This role will be an integral part of the global brand marketing team with a finger on the pulse of current events within music, fashion, streetwear, and cultural moments.
This role will manage global collaborations and other special projects under the hype and energy partnerships umbrella.What You'll Do
Write and deliver briefs aligned to overall strategy of campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing channel owners and creative teams to develop campaigns and consumer journeys that align with our briefs, goals, and strategies surrounding each collaboration.
Lead projects with external partners across energy collaborations and special projectsWork cross functionally with teams across the org inclusive of product, merchandising, sales, and ecommerce team members, with a goal of seeking inputs to improve collaboration efficiency.
Organize seeding units as well as ship out units to influencers, media, and brand friendlies leading up to launches to drive buzz and awareness surrounding collaborations.
Execute weekly reporting to cross functional teams globally, communicating adjustments to collaboration launches throughout the year.Develop collaboration playbooks to ensure completion of program across global teams.

What You'll Bring to the Table
BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
2+ years marketing experience, highly preferable with a global brand that operates in multiple channels and geographic regions
A passion for fashion and streetwear
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ever changing environment with ability to prioritize workload while under pressure
Operate with a sense of urgency
Attack road blocks with solutions
Strong communication ability, written and verbal
Footwear or streetwear industry experience a plus
