Director of Outlets
The Director of Outlets will report to the Director of Operations.
Successful individuals must be available to work flexible schedules and have proven track records as effective trainers, coaches and motivators.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
Extended periods of time working on the floor of the restaurant as well as assisting other Food & Beverage outlets of the resort.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
Manages by being present on the floor.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, as this position requires continuous interaction with hotel guests and staff.
Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including but not limited to assignment of duties, evaluating service and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
Compensation Range:
The compensation for this position is $75,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
