    The goal is to retain and build our business-to-business partnership in the WNY area through sales and service transactions.

    Individuals with experience in hospitality, bartending, insurance sales, call centers, and mobile sales have a high rate of success in this rolePosition:
    Commercial Truck Inside Sales Business Development RepresentativeLocation: Joe Basil Chevrolet Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043Schedule: Full Time Five-day work week
    • Occasional evening and Saturday shifts may be required.

    Commercial Truck Inside Sales BDR Compensation:
    $ $20.00/hour + Bonus (based on knowledge, or experience in Business-to-Business sales)

    Commercial Truck Inside Sales BDR Responsibilities:

    The Commercial Truck Inside Sales Business Development Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound phone calls and internet lead inquiries on commercial trucks.

    The BDR representative will follow-up with customers, make outbound phone calls, send e-mails and text through an on-line platform, to establish and help develop a business to business relationship with prospective customers.


    Essential Duties include:
    Utilizing different marketing initiatives to grow the customer base. Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.

    Receive inbound calls on commercial trucks with a goal to establish a firm appointment date and time from the prospect.

    Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests and providing general or related vehicle sales information.

    Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our guests.
    Gather and track all guest data as directed; accurately enter into BDC database.

    Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing guest inquiries and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.

    Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
    Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
    Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
    Proven customer service track record or clear desire to provide next level customer service.
    Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment.
