Business Development Representative - Buffalo, NY

ISC's team of Sales Recruiters is partnering with a rapidly growing OEM distributor and service provider for a Business Development Rep.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and passionate about sales with the ability to build strong relationships. Must be adept at working in a fast-paced environment

Business Development Rep - Do you have the following:

2+ years of new business development experience
Demonstrated track record of success
Possess a hunter mentality
B2B and/or B2C sales experience
Technical knowledge is a bonus
Proficiency with Salesforce
Outgoing, adaptable, tenacious, positive, business and people minded, and proactive go-getter

Business Development Rep - If you qualify for this opportunity, the company offers:

$65-75k base salary; $130-150k OTE

Business Development Rep - Here's the basics:

Source new leads through prospecting
Formulate strategic growth plans
Execute cold outreach initiatives including outbound calls and in-person visits
Predict sales activities within the territory
Cultivate customer trust and loyalty, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships

In the office on Mondays; 75% in the field, no overnight travel
