Job Title:
Program Manager (Validation Related Transition Coordinator)

Location:
San Jose, CA - Onsite

Duration: 9 Months, Extendible

Job Description:

Overview:

As a Program Manager specializing in validation, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating technology transition activities within the validation space.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams from Client & Altera to ensure seamless transitions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with

stakeholders

to on objectives, and timelines for technology transition initiatives in

validation .
Develop and maintain

project plans , tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate resources , tasks, and dependencies across multiple teams to facilitate smooth execution of transition activities.
Coordinate with validation experts to develop and

execute validation plans, documentation, and reports .
Act as a

liaison

between validation, IT, engineering, and other relevant departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate regular meetings and reviews to ensure alignment of objectives and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Prepare regular status

reports , dashboards, and

presentations

for key stakeholders to provide visibility into progress.

MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Previous experience in

validation

in Client or

semiconductor

space.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards shared goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Min 4 to 6 years of experience.
Previous experience in validation in Client or semiconductor space.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards shared goals.
