We are seeking a skilled construction project manager to join our team. As a project manager, you will have a dedicated project coordinator to assist with all phases of the project. We offer a competitive salary, full benefits and a bonus structure with no cap that can beat 99.9% of other companies. We are licensed in CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, WA, CO and TX. We are open to remote positions based on the individual and what they can bring to the table.
You will be expected to work with our existing clients, as well as bring in your own clients. We like to think of our project managers as a company within the company. Meaning; as long as you are keeping a good name with our clients, subcontractors and vendors, we give you the freedom to run your show how you see fit.
You will be expected to bid your own projects and run the awarded projects all the way through close out. We have an in house team for support with billing, compliance and administrative work. Rest assured our roster of superintendents is one of the best in the business, and we pride ourselves on our field teams.
***This position is for an experienced construction project manager that has a proven track record working as a general contractor. At this time, we are not looking for someone without general contractor experience***
