Description
The Project Manager:
- is responsible for the efficient administration of one or more construction projects,
- is accountable for project costs, profitability, and client relationships,
- collaborates with the Superintendent to achieve project goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4year engineering or business degree or equivalentrelated experience, plus experience/knowledge of construction, design, management, and finance.
- 4+ years experience as a Project Manager on specialized or complex projects.
- Competency of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures, and cost control techniques.
- Refined business judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION
- $125,000 - $178,000 Annually
- Eligible for a endofyear discretionary bonus based on individual and Company performance.
