Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Read and fully understand plans, process RFI's and change orders, subcontractor submittals
  • Bid invitations, qualifying subcontractor proposals, prepare weekly reports
  • Ability to make and update construction schedules in Microsoft Project
  • Manage people in office and in the field
  • Communicate with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors, and must be available to travel to projects as needed for scheduled onsite meetings.

Qualifications:


  • 45 years as a Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of taking a project from conception to completion
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction.
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Outlook, and Excel

  • Located inoffice in Bonsall, CA
  • Commercial general contractor specializing in high end restaurants, hospitality & site developments/retail

Pay:
From $110,000.00 per year
