Your tasks

You will be responsible for the operational planning, implementation and management of projects within the framework of digitizing sales and sales channel strategy, and will see them through to their realization.
Your main focus will initially be on the introduction of an electronic ticketing system.
You will conduct market research and analysis on current trends and solutions in the industry.
In addition, you will develop solutions for the challenges in your area of responsibility, take on budget and resource planning, and project documentation.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business informatics or business administration with a focus on IT, or have a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in project work and ideally already have knowledge of the tariff landscape of NVV and the eticket system of VDV.
You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility in your work, prioritize independently, and enjoy quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics.
You maintain an overview even in complex situations and always act goaloriented and responsibly.
You impress with your confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong problemsolving abilities.
You are openminded, communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
