    Description

    Technical Support Analyst Position at CAI Company

    Are you a problem-solver with a passion for technology? This is a great opportunity to join our team at CAI as a Technical Support Analyst! Your main responsibility will be to provide top-tier support to our clients for any application or software issues they may encounter, particularly within Linux servers, databases, and other critical systems.

    Job Description:

    • Provide L3 support to clients on a full-time basis
    • Duration: 6–12-month contract with the potential for contract-to-hire
    • Work remotely with a flexible schedule from Friday to Tuesday, 12 AM to 8:30 AM EST

    What You'll Do:

    • Resolve process, application, and software issues within Linux servers and databases
    • Communicate and escalate problems to key stakeholders
    • Test and verify fixes for reported issues
    • Document technical procedures and operations
    • Perform maintenance and updates on applications and servers
    • Diagnose and resolve reported issues efficiently
    • Ensure timely resolution of inquiries
    • Identify and address recurring problems

    What You'll Need:

    • Required:
    • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
    • Unix and Linux Command Line proficiency
    • Experience in Level 3 support
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Preferred:
    • Knowledge of SQL databases
    • Exposure to C/C++
    • Experience with scripting and automation

    Physical Demands:

    • Ability to perform sedentary work with occasional movement around the office
    • Repetitive tasks on a computer
