    Job Title:
    Safety Manager


    We are in search of a Safety Manager with a strong background in OSHA regulations and safety protocols for our growing team.

    The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of safety supervision experience, with a focus on ensuring workplace safety and compliance.

    A dual responsibility in environmental compliance is a significant advantage.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement safety programs in alignment with OSHA regulations
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
    • Provide comprehensive safety training to employees on protocols and procedures
    • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective measures
    • Collaborate with management to set and achieve safety goals
    • Maintain and update safety policies and procedures regularly
    • Keep detailed records of safety training and incidents

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
    • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation or equivalent certification
    • Minimum of 10 years of safety supervision experience
    • Knowledge of State environmental compliance regulations
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities

    Industry Certificates for the State:

    • State Occupational Safety and Health Administration (_OSHA) Certification
    • Certified Environmental Compliance Professional (CECP) for the State of Occupation
