    There is no better place for a marketer to join the PepsiCo team than on our Walmart, Inc Marketing team where you will have the opportunity to work on PepsiCos full portfolio of brands at our largest customer. This position will be responsible for creating and executing world-class performance and shopper marketing campaigns, creating best-in-class new products, and delivering sales results.

    We are seeking a creative, dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Associate Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join the team in an exciting new developmental role that will provide exposure to our full portfolio of winning brands, senior PepsiCo marketing leaders, and senior-level customer leaders. This commercial and performance marketing experience will develop and showcase the ability to strategically evaluate business opportunities, develop deep consumer and shopper empathy, and closely partner with sales and category leadership to bring opportunities to market to positively impact brand equity, sales and profitability.

    This role is customer-facing and enables the employee to gain invaluable perspective on Walmart Inc.s strategic and business priorities.

    This role drives PepsiCo (PEP) growth by engaging and converting the shopper by:

    Translating insights into integrated omnichannel programs, including media-to-shelf, portfolio and customer programs that engage and convert the shopper

    Developing and partnering with the sales team to sell-in marketing programs that integrate equity and customer strategy to deliver best in class programming

    Supporting Walmart, Inc. Joint Business Planning & Strategic Engagement Sessions

    **Accountabilities:**

    Oversee development and execution of key seasonal programming windows including Super Bowl, Summer, Fall Kickoff and Holiday

    Translate brand strategy into winning shopper engagement programs including digital media activation programs and plans; lead agency briefings; and manage all aspects of program development and execution

    Actively collaborate with Brand Teams, Customer Teams, Sales, Finance, Insights, Category Leadership, Operations and other functional leads to support portfolio program execution

    Manage the innovation commercialization process for our Snacks portfolio.

    Work directly with the Marketing VP on strategic projects and initiatives

    Lead and manage agency relationships and Brand program budgets

    Collaborate with customer leads through the annual planning process to identify and develop promotion, packaging and product offerings to enable growth

    Minimum qualification: Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience

    Preferred: MBA with a concentration in Marketing

    **Skills/Capabilities:**

    Ability to analyze relevant data, insights and information to identify opportunities and develop strategies and plans to address.

    Ability to effectively lead, collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment.

    Ability to effectively manage multiple agendas and develop the appropriate strategies and plans.

    Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate relationships.

    Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

    Strong Project Management skills; Able to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously

    Strong analytical ability.

    Must demonstrate professional maturity ability to manage up/down, strong interpersonal & communication skills for interaction with internal/external senior leaders

    Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    MBA with a concentration in Marketing

    Prior marketing experience within consumer-packaged goods
