    About the Role:
    We have an exciting opportunity to support our Operations Team as a Senior Manager, Off-Premises Operations. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager to lead our Off-Premises Operations and Digital Restaurant Experience.

    This role is pivotal in developing and executing operational strategies that enhance our digital presence and off-premises services, including Digital Ordering, Third Party Delivery, Catering, Drive-Thru, and Self-Order Kiosks.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy for enhancing digital ordering experiences via App/Web platforms.

    Collaborate with the Testing and Implementations Team to create robust testing plans for new products ordered through these sales channels.

    Liaise with the Technology Team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Point of Sale systems and Menu Content.
    Work closely with the Marketing and Digital Team to optimize Digital Menu Boards and drive promotional strategies.
    Spearhead the development of Drive-Thru operations, focusing on Point of Sale, Timers, Outdoor Digital Menu Boards, and Communications Systems.
    Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the digital restaurant experience.
    Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital initiatives.
    Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the restaurant or retail industry.
