As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a passionate Division Lead - Everyday Banking to join our team.

As the Division Lead - Everyday Banking, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital solutions.

Your responsibilities will include leading multiple high-performing teams, promoting a culture of exceptional service, and implementing top-notch operational standards.

You will oversee a team of People Leads as direct reports, utilizing your strong leadership experience, digital expertise, and strategic thinking to ensure efficient operations within the Everyday Banking Function.

Job responsibilities

Establish and maintain operational excellence across the operations teams, ensuring a unique, fair, consistent, and transparent customer experience
Foster a positive colleague culture, lead by example, and provide feedback and recognition whenever possible
Maintain consistent operational standards across different products
Collaborate with technology and process engineering teams to design exceptional customer experiences while mitigating risks
Take on and drive new project initiatives aligned with strategic goals
