We're seeking a Product Manager at Ultimate Jet Vacations to lead our digital transformation by optimizing booking processes, enhancing technology, and improving user experiences.

This role is crucial for achieving our long-term goals of revenue growth and becoming a tech-driven booking wholesale agency.

The Product Manager will contribute directly to product innovation, market expansion, and profitability by focusing on supplier integration, workflow automation, bookings servicing, and systems operability.

The mission of the Product Manager is to revolutionize wholesale travel logistics at Ultimate Jet Vacations by developing a best-in-class product catalog repository integrated with a booking platform for a new generation of travel advisors.

This platform will prioritize data-driven recommendations over traditional search methods, enhancing relevance and productivity.

By leveraging advanced technology and human expertise, we aim to provide hyper-personalized itineraries that drive conversion rates and improve customer satisfaction, solidifying our position as a leader in luxury travel innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the digital assets' operability, performance, and adoption.
• Manage databases and product entries including pricing, margins, inventory, terms & conditions, promotions, confirmations, and content for all contracted products.
• Oversee the implementation of connectivity with suppliers, ensuring efficient and accurate product and content loading including manually loaded services.
• Collaborate extensively with key departments, such as Operations, Quality Control, and Concierge to gather and define system requirements.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of system enhancements to improve efficiency, quality control, and adoption.
• Define and implement product strategies and roadmap that meet customer needs while ensuring system conversions and attach rates.
• Work closely with a team of talented engineers and crossfunctional teams to drive product usage, workflow automation, new initiatives, and innovation.
• Booking engine and API performance, including development, optimization, and troubleshooting, as a key responsibility.
• Data Analytics and User Feedback Incorporation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management must come from within the travel industry, preferably from the wholesale side.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in managing online booking engines, APIs, EPS, GDS, NDC integrations, and digital platforms.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• A strategic mindset with an emphasis on operational efficiency and user experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Data Security and Compliance.
