What are we looking for:

What you will do:

Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and longlasting culture of continuous improvement.
Responsible for leading and managing the project execution and process improvement between the different areas of the Business within the Logistics and Operations area. Technology and operations improvement opportunities.
Facilitate successful and rapid improvement process events; Assist in the collection of data identifying opportunities and for tracking improvements.
Facilitate Continuous Improvement projects cost reductions and process performance improvements.
Responsible for Value Stream Mapping of core business processes and the implementation of process compliance metrics.
Evaluate the current Supply Chain processes to identify potential improvement, evaluate the impact and possible automation, and collaborate with the definition of the implementation strategy.
Identify activities within the business that add value to the rest of the areas assuring optimal flows with the expected quality.
Detect opportunities for improvement standardizing processes and maintenance over time.
Projects' followup to ensure execution and implementation.
Lead the Digital transformation of the Supply Chain.
Lead operative improvement projects (centers, logistic platforms & hubs).
Search of new methods and tools that assist with the improvement and evolution of the supply chain.
Contribute to the operative improvement of the different teams. Culture of change. Continuous training in the business core tools and adopt new methods & skills through learning

What you need to succeed:

Professional Experience

SAP experience of 4 years or more
Data analyst experience.
Project oriented

Desired

Deep knowledge of the Cosentino Business
Knowledge of Basics of Logistics and/or Logistics certificates (APICS, etc.)
Fluent in Spanish language
