    Description

    In this role, you will be responsible for independently investigating, analyzing, and resolving queued fraud and financial risk issues. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate risks, maintain high standards of investigation procedures, and contribute to process improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Investigate, analyze, and resolve queued fraud and financial risk issues.
    • Make outbound calls to customers to validate payment transactions.
    • Write clear and concise case notes.
    • Provide empathetic and efficient resolutions to complex customer inquiries.
    • Handle questions or escalations on suspected fraud from other business units.
    • Maintain or exceed established standards for investigation procedures.
    • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and ideas on fraud prevention techniques.
    • Work on special projects as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
    • Previous experience in risk analysis, fraud investigation, or financial services preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Knowledge of KYC and KYB processes is a plus.
