Experience
Highly experienced Loss Mitigation Supervisor with strong knowledge of FHA, USDA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, underwriting and servicing guidelines for delinquent and current loans. Proficient in Non-QM and Jumbo Underwriting, extensive knowledge of mortgage credit processing, risk assessment, income, credit analysis and documentation review. Proven ability to build & lead a default servicing department, perform quality work while maintaining productivity and compliance standards. High degree of accuracy and attention to details, in-depth knowledge of GSE, Non GSE Investor guidelines and hands on customer service with demonstrated success of over 15 years of Originations, default servicing.
