    Description

    This role involves supervising the Marine/Cargo audit and adjustment procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Offering crucial support to the premium audit function by managing audit and adjustment processes for the organization's Ocean Cargo, Inland Marine, and Hull/Liability portfolio promptly.
    • Keeping track of and updating the Adjustment reporting policy log. Generating audit tickets in a timely manner using the Premium Audit Manager-PAM system for policies needing audit/adjustment.
    • Collecting relevant account details such as binders, endorsements, rating information, and Oceanwide report runs for monthly reports.
    • Serving as the main contact point for internal and external customers, including Underwriters, Operations, Agents, and Brokers.
    • Gathering and reconciling audit/adjustment data in compliance with policy binder terms and conditions.
    • Preparing and computing audit/adjustment figures, including Policy Decisions data entry.
    • Thoroughly documenting all systems/account files with required paperwork and approvals.
    • Addressing telephone and email inquiries, reaching out to insureds, producers, or auditors for additional information necessary for completing an audit.
    • Demonstrating the ability to efficiently handle, arrange, and prioritize multiple tasks.

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma is a must. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Excel is essential.
    • Excellent organizational skills, including effective time management and the capacity to prioritize various assignments.
    • Prior experience with Oceanwide and Policy Decisions is advantageous.
    • Background in Marine/Cargo insurance is beneficial.
