Your Role
The Installation and Billing team is responsible for reviewing applications and processing member enrollments, changes, and terminations for individual or family plan coverage. The Operations, Supervisor will report to the Enrollment and Billing Senior Manager. In this role you will you will supervise production staff, manage the teams inventory, drive process improvements, and communicate with key business stakeholders.
