    Position Overview

    As a vital member of the Customer Success Management (CSM) team at OpenGov, you will be tasked with fostering and expanding relationships between the company and its clientele. Your primary focus involves understanding customer requirements, driving product adoption, ensuring customer loyalty, and supporting program growth. By utilizing your expertise in influencing skills and process enhancement, you will effectively advocate OpenGov solutions to maximize customer benefit.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Key Performance Indicators (MBO): Adoption, Program Expansion, Relationships and Satisfaction, Commercial
    • Employ a consultative approach to promote platform adoption and expansion within a government client portfolio
    • Occasionally travel to meet with clients
    • Cultivate strong customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction levels
    • Serve as a primary contact for addressing customer concerns and opportunities
    • Monitor customer usage and requirements to deliver customized support and optimize solution efficacy
    • Promote product functionalities that enhance customer workflows
    • Devise strategies for enhancing customer relationships across different levels
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and enhance customer utilization
    • Collect and communicate customer feedback and feature requests
    • Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling

    Qualifications and Preferred Background

    • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management within a rapidly growing organization
    • Ability to adapt to changing products and customer demands
    • Demonstrated expertise in SaaS and sales cycles
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and other Customer Success tools
    • Knowledge of government budgeting or finance is advantageous
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
