    Description
    You will work within the Insider Risk function to lead programs to mitigate loss of confidential information for the firm.Partnering with and reporting into the Director of Insider Risk, the Senior Manager of Insider Risk will work closely with HR, Legal, and technical teams to detect and respond to potential insider threat activity.In this role you will partner with the Tech Ecosystem, Learning, HR, Legal and other stakeholders to raise awareness of Insider Risk and reduce negligent data exfiltration. You will evaluate tooling needs for Insider Risk, considering existing and new tooling options to improve visibility and response. You will implement plans to extend deployments/visibility of existing tools or develop proposals for new investment as appropriate. You will regularly measure impact of projects against program goals and provide regular reporting to leadership. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the firm and become a trusted partner to continually improve the firm's ability to prevent, detect, and respond to insider threats.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 7+ years of experience in managing complex global risk and/or IT programs
    • Proven track record and expertise in developing information security policies and procedures, successfully executing programs that meet the objectives of excellence in a dynamic environment, as well as experience working with relevant (incl. senior) stakeholders
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies in order to further organizational goals
    • Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Ability to maintain the highest professional standards regarding personal conduct while performing work
    • Strong critical reasoning and integrative problem-solving skills with the ability to absorb new information rapidly and grapple with a wide range of complex issues
    • Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of seniority by cultivating trust-based relationships
    • Reputation as a highly credible expert in shaping contributions and/or developing knowledge beyond the domain
    • Recognized, inspiring people leader with a significant track record of leading multi-disciplined teams and attracting, mentoring, and developing colleagues
    • Strong relationships with peers and other risk and information security professionals
