Finance and Control Intern at Equinor 

• Developed and implemented a comprehensive database to streamline data collection for 50 critical processes. Database effectively tracks key process automation and risk management attributes. Successfully piloted the database in company’s renewables department, with the intention of expanding implementation in all business areas to drive improvements

• Designed a pilot reliance map as a valuable extension to existing process maps within the finance and control department. This reliance map incorporates essential metrics including bottleneck identification risk management analysis, critical path assessment, and inter-team relationships via inputs and outputs. 

• Leveraged data analytics and modeling to deliver meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to the management committee. This led to the approval of the database, pilot reliance map, and two additional process maps
