    Job Title: Senior Consultant

    Job Type: Full-time

    Location: Currently Remote / Burlington/Boston, MA (looking for candidates living in New England)

    Travel: At present, all employees are working remotely. There is light travel to customers and monthly onsite team meetings.

    About the Opportunity

    We are in search of an experienced Senior Consultant (Must be a seasoned Microsoft Modern Workplace SME) to join our consulting team and lead innovation and optimization for our clients. The perfect candidate has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft solutions, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, Azure Identity, Merger and Acquisitions scenarios, and Device Management. Do not apply if your background is solely in AWS.

To achieve our objectives, we are looking for team players with excellent technology skills, who can manage customer expectations and take responsibility for service delivery and possibly client engagement management.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with a team to deliver projects to Agility customers on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations
    • Collaborate with customers to grasp project and technical requirements
    • Create and implement technical migration and upgrade plans
    • Assist in managing technical solutions and infrastructures
    • Handle projects of different scales, from small 20 user deployments to large and complex deployments involving over 100,000 users
    • Offer direct support to assigned customers
    • Stay updated on emerging collaboration technologies and have a strong desire for learning
    • Gain valuable experience working with a dynamic, established, and high-performing consulting team with a diverse skill set
    • Build relationships with customer teams, particularly decision makers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher educational experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in progressive Information Technology environments
    • 3-5 years of consulting experience (mandatory)
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Manage complex technical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, and effectively communicating with all involved parties
    • Excel in team environments, providing progress updates to customers and teammates at Agility Partners simultaneously
    • Take ownership of project success and deliverables
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask, set expectations, and meet deadlines
