Job Title:
Commercial Sales Representative

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in expanding our commercial client base by leveraging sales expertise to identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and promote tailored solutions.

Success in this role entails driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives and actively contributing to our company's overall growth.

Prospect, identify, and cultivate new commercial businesses.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Actively promote our range of services to commercial clients, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and renovation services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial contact through to project completion.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives.
Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate sales reports.

Requirements for the

Commercial Sales Representative:

Proven track record of success in commercial sales, preferably in the home services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with commercial clients.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close sales and secure profitable contracts.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools preferred.
